One rider participated in this year's Indoor ride to End Polio. 50 miles on a spinner bike at the Indianola YMCA were recorded on two separate Saturday Afternoons last month.
A total of $375 was raised, which will be matched $2 to $1 by the Gates Foundation.
The Civitas Committee (Des Moines area multi-club committee) holds an annual program focused on a topic that impacts our communities and citizens.
Fall 2020 our topic will be on Substance Abuse. Past topics have included: Hunger, Mental Health, Water Quality, and Peace & Humanity. We’d like your input on preferences for time of day to hold these programs.
