Thanks to Todd, Ron, Jack, Joe, Mike, Stan, and Dave who helped prepare the parking field Monday night.  

We will plan on Opening the Gates at or before 4 p.m. Friday afternoon.

Items to finish, set the cones out in two lines and paint lines to make it easier to see the rows in the field.

Schedule

Everyone is needed Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings.  If you are unable to help one or more nights, please ask a friend to work for you.

Handicap - Rows 4 - 7 on the North Side.

We need 3-4 people at parking at 3:30 p.m. each afternoon to get started.  Two on the field to line up cars, beginning in Row 8.  The other two can open gates and prepare to start selling tickets.

NOTE:  We will not take Credit Card Payments this year.  NBC will have an ATM Machine just outside the gate for individuals who need cash to purchase tickets.  They can then purchase their tickets at the gate.

We will have a golf cart to help shuttle individuals on and off the field, plus deliver water to workers as needed.

Finally, the row posts on the north side of the field, along Jesup, are position far enough to allow golf carts helping people from the parking to the front gate.

Finally, thank you to Tim Morris for his help in procuring the new posts we are using for Row Markers and his tractor & loader to help get them in the ground.
